游舒涵助理教授实验室 (The S.H.Y. Lab) 研究主轴,包含肿瘤免疫微环境研究 Tumor Immune Microenvironment (TIME)、个人化医疗 (Personalize Medicine)、细胞输入疗法 (Adoptive Cell Therapy, ACT)。肿瘤免疫微环境 (TIME) 包含肿瘤细胞,肿瘤浸润性免疫细胞,癌症相关纤维母细胞,肿瘤血管系统和细胞外基质,这些会共同促进肿瘤免受宿主免疫系统攻击,进而支持肿瘤生长和转移。针对病人肿瘤组织进行分析,研究其肿瘤及周边组织免疫细胞的组成,将可建立一套「标准化分析」,并运用于精致化医疗及个人化医疗。

游博士实验室所建立之肿瘤微环境研究平台,可运用在犬猫肿瘤及疾病治疗机转之探讨。亦可整合爱因斯坦计画中初步在非小细胞肺癌研究成果,配合游博士在微生物学、免疫学以及肿瘤微环境等专长,带入非小细胞肺癌精准医疗领域中。研究成果将可帮助临床医师针对不同病人的肿瘤免疫微环境进行个人化医疗诊断,大幅下修药物需求与治疗花费,同时也能避免高剂量、长期且持续性给予药物所带来的副作用。
